Transportation
- Air—Winchester Municipal, 48 miles away, offers a 5,500-foot, paved lighted runway. While not a controlled field, it accommodates private and executive aircraft with approved instrument approaches. This property is located 30 miles from I-81 and 33 miles from I-66 which provide access to all major markets in the mid-Atlantic states. Thirteen (13) common carrier motor freight lines serve the area.
- Water—The Port of Baltimore is located 148 miles from this site and provides shipping service with a 42-foot channel. The Potomac River is the nearest navigable waterway and Front Royal, Va., is an Inland Port 43 miles away.
